[openwebnet] Binding documentation update for OH4 release (#15250)

Browse Source 
Updated: README, `where` parameter description for Things and channels descriptions.
Added `AUTO` option for mode channel-type.
Added `OFF` option for speedFanCoil channel-type.
Updated default translations.
