[nikobus] added option to reverse rollershutter commands (#10047)
* Added option to reverse rollershutter commands - UP -> DOWN and DOWN -> UP - might happen if rollershuter module's output is wired differently. * Fixed PR comments. Signed-off-by: Boris Krivonog <boris.krivonog@inova.si>
