f2f0f4b402 [map][scale] Fix localization (#14825) 
The wrong key was used in the `cachedTransformations` map. Instead of the correctyl localized UID from the registry the provided transformation function was used.

320dd8ab00 [transform.map] Refactor service to use TransformationConfigurationRegistry (#12433) 
This is the reference implementation for using the new `TransformationConfigurationRegistry`. The localization tests can be omitted as this is covered by tests in the core component.

cc042dabff Remove deprecated handleUpdate from ThingHandler (#8558) 
The handleUpdate method was deprecated when profiles were introduced (see eclipse-archived/smarthome#4108).
Instead the "follow profile" can be used which forwards item updates as commands to handlers.
This profile works with any binding instead of only those that implement the handleUpdate method.

Related to openhab/openhab-core#1669
