Java 17 features (H-M) () 
- add missing @override
- Java style array syntax
- remove redundant modifiers
- always move String constants to left side in comparisons
- simplify lambda expressions and return statements
- use replace instead of replaceAll w/o regex
- instanceof matching and multiline strings
- remove null check before instanceof

[mqtt] Add missing broker connection configuration parameters () 
Allows to configure the following broker connection configuration parameters:

* Protocol: TCP (default), WEBSOCKETS
* MQTT Version: V3 (default), V5
* Hostname Validation: true (default), false

The defaults are chosen to remain backwards compatible.

Remove MQTT system broker leftovers () 
The MqttService was used to keep track of the system MQTT brokers.
Since there are none the dependency can be removed.

Switch properties files encoding from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8 () 
* Switch properties files encoding from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8

Crowdin will generate translations in this encoding, so this prevents a lot of diffs which makes it easier to review future Crowdin PRs.
